Not sure where to begin. The selling of our house was probably one of the most important decisions we had to make. We always want to move to Florida but didn't know what steps to take. Then our daughter and oldest son got excepted into really nice colleges down in Florida. It was time to move... we talked to several different realtors and got estimates on how much we could get out of our house. All the estimates were about the same until we met Bryan Vance.... He came in with a much higher estimate than others, he was friendly and willing to answer questions..... as the sale experience went on Bryan listened to concerns, answered questions... and if he didn't know the answer he would find out or simply let ya know that he didn't know, which in this day an age it is hard to find someone that will be just truthful.... By the end of the sale we got a much higher profit with Bryan than if we would have gone with someone else. If you want a realtor that is honest, willing to listen to you and will work to get ya the top dollar for your home..... Bryan Vance and his team is the way to go!

Rene was more than amazing. We were purchasing our first home from hours away, she went to the home and did a virtual showing for us, because we were unable to travel at the time due to our work schedules. She promptly submitted our offer and guided us to make an offer that would be accepted without going overboard. She had offered us to stay home and she could go solely to the inspections if we couldn’t make it, fortunately we were able to make it there and finally got to meet her in person. When it came time for the appraisal and final walk through she went to the home and virtually showed us every detail, because we were again unable to travel at the time. She always responds almost immediately to any questions we have had, and has explained the entire process in great depth to us so that we feel comfortable ( first time buying a home, we were a little clueless to the process) I am sooooo glad we chose Rene as our agent, I couldn’t have hoped, wished, or prayed for anyone better! She was truly amazing through our whole house buying process, not to mention we (my husband and I) were first time home owners so there was a lot of questions and anxiety. It was a long struggle to purchase a home in one of the hottest real estate markets where homes would be sold the same day. Rene was more than understanding and spent many long days dashing from one viewing to another viewing. I do not have the exact number of homes or the number of miles that this epic journey took. It would be close to 80 homes that we visited in a span of 3+ months. Rene was always willing to travel from one side of Ohio to the other side of Ohio. She took great care to point both positives and things to be aware of for the homes that we viewed.
