Meet Bryan Vance — Southern Ohio Real Estate Agent and Proud United States Marine
Hi, I am Bryan Vance, and I am honored to serve buyers and sellers across Hillsboro, Highland County, and all of Southern Ohio alongside my wife and business partner, Rene Vance.
I grew up right here in Southern Ohio — Blanchester in Clinton County to be exact — so when I say I know this area I mean it personally, not just professionally. Southern Ohio is not just where I work; it is home.

From the Marine Corps to Real Estate
Before founding Vance Team Realtors in 2015, my path looked a little different than most real estate agents you will meet.
I proudly served eight years in the United States Marine Corps. During my service, I had the distinct honor of being stationed at Marine Barracks, Washington DC — the oldest post in the entire Marine Corps. I served in the first Gulf War in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, completed a tour at 29 Palms, California, and did two deployments to Okinawa, Japan. Serving my country is something I carry with me every single day, and it has shaped everything about how I approach my work and my life.
After the Marine Corps, I spent years in the coffee industry working with two regional coffee roasting companies before launching and operating my own coffee business from 2008 until 2015. Running a small business taught me the value of hard work, customer relationships, and doing things the right way — lessons I bring into every real estate transaction I am part of.
In 2015, I made the move into real estate and have never looked back.
My Philosophy — I Serve, I Don't Sell
If there is one thing that defines the way I work with clients, it is this —
I never sell someone. I serve them and allow them to make the best decision for themselves.
That philosophy comes directly from my military background. In the Marine Corps, you show up, you do the work, and you put the mission and the people around you first. A Little About Bryan Outside of Real Estate
When I am not helping Southern Ohio buyers and sellers, Rene and I enjoy life on our mini farm, where we keep horses, tend a garden, and have recently gotten into freeze-drying our own food. I also enjoy brewing my own beer — something that requires patience, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment — qualities that come in handy in real estate too!
We love kayaking, staying active, traveling, and getting away to our Myrtle Beach condo when we can. Life is good in Southern Ohio, and I would not have it any other way.
